What we collect

When you request a table or write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given) and anything you write in the message. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry or confirm, change or cancel your reservation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Reservation requests are kept for twelve months, messages for twenty-four months, then deleted.

Who processes it

Our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and our email provider act as processors on our behalf. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to stol@tisina-zagreb.hr. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
